『AI生成物は表現に該当しない』ということが先ず最低限として認識が必須な大前提知識なんですけど、仮にそこを一旦置いたとしても、思い切り人権に(しかもよりにもよって他者の表現の自由にも)衝突している以上、『表現の自由』で擁護するのあまりにも無理があるんですよ
