Recommended Bathing Techniques

Try not to bathe on an empty or full stomach, but somewhere in between. It is best to avoid bathing after drinking alcohol. Please rinse your entire body first before entering the bath. Especially in cold weather, warm your hands and feet well and enter the bath slowly; entering the bath too quickly can cause the blood pressure to rise sharply and is not good for your health. Persons with weak hearts or weak blood vessels should be especially careful.

At first, limit your bathing time to about 10 minutes, including getting in and out of the hot water. You can extend this time as you become more used to the hot water. Make sure you get out of the bath before your heart starts beating too hard. Drink water after bathing to replenish your fluids, and take a rest.
