The more measured Indian plan wants an inferior version of Fujian in 20-30 years.
So, the PLA navy is already 30 years ahead of an optimistic Indian plan. Not to mention the PLA navy is growing at a much faster rate.

The IAC-II will be an improved "Vikrant" class CV. The IAC-III is expected to be with integrated propulsion system & EMALS, oil-fired, a 65,000T or larger CATOBAR platform. But I wonder, if in the next twenty years, a mid-size nuclear powered one also will find its way!
