Before you ask me the questtion, it's weight is exactly 7.0Lbs.......very low for a 70's Strat! More specifically, we're talking about a 1976 Fender Stratocaster Standard hardtail, in a color that has a tendency to yellow with age that Fender calls ''Olympic White''.  This is a beautiful example of a collector's guitar that has always properly been maintained throughout the years. Of course it has a few minor chips here and there....but overall it's very clean for a guitar that is  50 years old. This is the era when Fender created the 3 bolt neck design, as well as the big headstock. It's a very vibrant guitar with loads of sustain. All pickups and electronics are all original. As a matter of fact, the only thing that's been changed on it is the nut that's been replaced to a brass one. Guitar is sold with a tweed case, but full disclosure..... it's only holding on 1 latch.
