大きな病院は導線や区画を分けやすいし、受診するには基本的に紹介状が必要（紹介状がない場合、別途選定療養費11,000円がかかる）と事前予約制で混雑が避けられるからリスクを下げられますね。 ＤＶ空調システムや厨房天井換気システムを導入してるのもかなり有効かも。 そして、定点報告が低い状況。
