Former porn star Lana Rhoades says she wants all of her old scenes deleted.

The 24-year-old is an outspoken critic of the adult industry, talking openly about its lasting effects on her life and mental health.

And speaking to Harry Jowsey for his 'Tap In' podcast, she said that she wishes she could go back and delete her videos, but sadly doesn't have the rights to do so.

"A lot of the videos I have no rights under, otherwise I probably would have deleted them all by now," she said.

When asked whether she regrets her time in the industry, Rhoades said: "I do. I honestly tell people, if I could go back, I would give up everything to have my dignity and respect back, and for people not to be able to see me in that way."

But this isn't the first time Rhoades criticised the industry and discussed her experiences of shooting adult scenes.

Earlier this year, she opened up about one the worst things she ever had to do as a porn performer.

During the conversation on the Three Girls One Kitchen podcast, Rhoades revealed that she still struggles with the mental impacts of one scene in particular.

She said: "One of the worst... honestly, I feel like I'm in denial sometimes and I can't accept some of the things that I've done.

"There was one thing that, ya know, I tried talking to a therapist about before something that I had to do for a scene that was really rough for me.

"Basically, this guy had a bowl and he, like, gagged me until I threw up into it and he, like, p***ed in the bowl, and during the scene he asked me to drink it, and I didn't know how to say no.

"It was one of the most disgusting, foul scenes."

This was just one of a collection of horrifying reasons and experiences that led Rhoades to take the decision to quit the porn industry for good.

And speaking on YouTube channel BFFs with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards recently, she revealed that it's turned out pretty well for her financially, as she's now a multi-millionaire.

Rhoades said: "The industry I did not get paid s***.

"I probably had $100,000 (£71,000) in my bank account when I quit shooting porn and now I'm a multi-millionaire."

And speaking on YouTube channel BFFs with Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards recently, she revealed that it turned out to be a pretty smart move, as she's now a multi-millionaire.

Hitting out at the industry, Rhoades said: "The industry I did not get paid s***.

"I probably had $100,000 (£71,000) in my bank account when I quit shooting porn and now I'm a multi-millionaire."

Rhoades, who is now on OnlyFans, said: "I think there's still going to be girls who are infatuated with the industry, who think that it's very glamorous."

Adding: "That's what I warn girls against, it's not that glamorous. It's not even well paying. It's smarter to go into Instagram, or just do an OnlyFans."

When asked if she believes her current success on social media is down to her previous career, though, Rhoades admitted: "You never know."

She then explained: "I'm kind of, like, the blueprint for how to get out of porn. And so that's what I tell girls - it's social media.

"That's how I got out. I started posting on Instagram every day and hustled. I blew up my Instagram, that's actually what blew me up to be number one PornHub - I was not number one before I quit porn."

Rhoades can now earn an eye-watering $30,000 (£21,000) per post on her Instagram page

She also boasts more than 25,000 subscribers to her $5.99 (£4.00) a month OnlyFans accounts.

Adult Film Star Gianna Michaels Wants To Make Virtual Reality Content

Adult Film Star Gianna Michaels Wants To Make Virtual Reality Content

Is this the future?

Adult film star Gianna Michaels has admitted that she'd be keen to star in a virtual reality scene one day.

As seems to be a developing trend among the great and the good of the adult entertainment industry, Michaels took to Reddit and agreed to answer any and all questions put to her by intrigued fans.

Twitter

The 4x AVN Award winner - basically the Oscars of pornography - was asked all sorts of questions, some of which are completely unfit for print. One of the questions, however, was about where she thinks the industry is headed these days.

The question was as follows: "A lot of adult performers such as yourself are moving away from working with the big studios to things like camming/onlyfans.

"Do you think this is the direction the industry is headed in the future? Also, would you consider doing a VR scene? I'd just about rip my d*** off if you did, to be blunt."

That question was going so well until the very end, there.

Instagram

Like a pro - which, let's not forget, she is - Michaels answered: "Well, I think you all will determine which direction it goes. What do u enjoy most? VR... Possibly."

She returned to the topic later when asked another question about it, adding: "Are you loving the VR porn? Maybe!"

Instagram

Anyway, even if you're not a big fan of 'those sort' of movies and especially don't own the relevant equipment to get the full immersive experience, you'd have to admit there is a sort of morbid curiosity surrounding the whole thing.

Elsewhere, when asked about how long it takes to get filming done on the average porn shoot, Michaels said: "Depending on the company and crew and type of porn being filmed, two hours to 18 hours."

She also shared that her favourite memory from her career, saying it was 'traveling to Europe working with everyone. No one spoke the same language, only BODY LANGUAGE'.

You can read the whole thing here, should you so desire. Be warned, it's not for kids.
