home

But it feels nothing
like a home—

What should a home look like?
It’s not warm (nor cold).
It won’t protect you (nor harm you).
No one is here to welcome you (or hug you).

This is not a starting point.
To get here,
you must have been deluded (referred)
by the in·no·cent,
or neglected (erased)
something important (the link).

And hopefully in the end,
it’s not somewhere
we would come back to,
or would we?

I should probably learn to use
the proper name—root.

Hello, darkness.
