There’s nothing more important than managing your weight, especially if you live in a country like the US.

There are too many cheap fatty foods on every corner.

Lose weight and you’ll get your jawline back, and make your eyes look bigger which (generally) makes you more attractive. Your stomach will flatten out.

A healthy weight also places less strain on your internal organs and immune system. Your skin will clear up, the list goes on.

It’s a bit cruel and dated of a definition, but it carries some parallels. When your body is fit, healthy and well maintained, it will show. Your confidence will grow and help as well.

The only other thing I’d add is that you wear clothes that actually fit you. This applies to men especially.

This is certainly true if you ARE older. It’s a big trade-off.

Looks like the guy ditched alcohol as well. Drinking too much too often can make your face look red and puffy. It’s amazing what a few months without alcohol can do for someone who was a daily (nightly) drinker.
