Lately, #China has been the world’s top buyer of #Libyan crude. In addition to that, discussions are now underway between the Haftar family and the Chinese about selling a chunk of AGOCO’s capital to #PetroChina International. For years, AGOCO has been entirely Libyan-owned, like Sirte Oil Co. But this could change soon. elaph.com/Web/News/2024/
