first of all, we shouldn't change our diet. beware of food faddism n orthorexia. few foods may be sold that will kill u immediately if eaten. eating whatever u want n dying young is also a move.

i sleep with a sleep mask every day, with the curtains open. (bought this $35 Tempur mask last month.) it helps me sleep deeply while preventing depression. Note: i have non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder. i usually never go out. pic.twitter.com/7xpiAZu2OZ

i reco a sleep mask to everyone. but idk if its bad for wrinkles. somnologists reco people sleep with the curtains closed. (bc the sunrise disturbs ur sleep.)
