After the most intense scene in this episode, we see little Keitaru having a calm soothing suckle to keep him from crying and from alerting those cold-blooded assassins who have an instinct to kill with no passion and no heart. And yes, one of Kei's breasts is being used. I can picture Kei quietly telling Keitaru that everything's gonna be okay after she leaned down to calm the little guy down as her maternal instincts kick in, like any Godmother should.
