This is to fix several errors #427 #428 #433
Also #376 #399 and other minor things.

Major things added:
javascript privacy stuff
node parent ReplaceChildren
javascript.options.shared_memory
dom.dialog_element
dom.script_loader.external_scripts.speculative_omt_parse not complete, may try for perfomance on the decent machine

However no 91 level javascript, only 83 so far, but changes are huge the same, I shall advance further next versions. Only javascript is not enough I am to poke dom and devtools along, including audioworklet so it os almost complete now.

COMMON TIPS
Direct9 hardware acceleration is now enabled by default
If you get errors then disable it: uncheck these and restart the browser
Of course this is for graphics errors only.

COMMON TIPS x64
Does not run on xp64, this is already discussed
you may try enable webrender by gfx.webrender.all or gfx.webrender.enabled all enable experimental features
sure restart required, I mention this because webrender graphics turned to have better performance and well useable already on x64, but not sure about vista

ATTTENTION
I see you keep take this version not suitable for you and then get problems, yes it is drawbacks on newer cpus, so pay attention, if you already have 68.7 version on winxp, do not update.

This is release for sse 32-bit, and 64-bit for only check webrender operational integrity.
Beside the sse i have made the switch to disable build of the webrender. The webrender is new graphics system for win7 so useless on winxp, its disabling saved ~100mb ram, at least the browser single process can fit on 512ram, which was not possible before.

Non sse regular users will not get benefits from this version, just pass by and wait for 68.14 version, i plan significant update there.
SSE means computer older than Pentiom4 (Pentiom3 or AthlonXP).

Fixed the bug and updated rust stuff meanwhile which have only matter for me to close compatibility and further reduce warning spam during compile. For х64 nothing was changed, please look corresponding issue.

ATTENTION
If you have special config.js for unsigned addons then remove it, signature checking stuff formerly has been removed, if you keep that config.js it will break addons operational integrity. Notice that you still get warning about unsigned addons, this is kept on intent.

Also you may patch config.js, for some hacked addons do not work without the hack.

The release devote to x64, but on xp64 its likely fails to run, please look discussion about in issues
Meantime added new js feature - may fix some site.

Also the BSOD problem is supposedly mitigated, who always have it pleas check this new version with default settings

New great bug in this release i delete it, wait the update next week.

Unfortunately BSOD still happens, but we know sure this is about OMTP.
Disabled av1. If you really need it then may enable by media.av1.enabled
