Lime, freshness and sweetness is what this fragrance is giving mostly. I like it. 8/10
This new offering from Azzaro is an instant 10/10 for me. I work in fragrance, and we just got the juice in a couple of days ago, and I made a tester out of one of the flasks. I instantly fell for the citrusy, mossy fougère that graced my nostrils. I gathered together a sampling of my female coworkers, aged 20-27, and let them smell it on my skin. 100 percent of them flipped over the fragrance, delivering praise and adoration such as, “OMG that smells amazing…” “I LOVE that - it smells SO good…” “Yep, that’s really, really nice…” and so forth. I bought a bottle that same day and took the fragrance out for a test drive tonight at a small night club dancing to some live EDM House music. So many of the girls there went crazy over the fragrance on my skin. I got compliments such as, “How on earth do you smell so good?” “That smells amazing on you - what is it?” “God, you smell fantastic!” and the like. Needless to say, this fragrance is a winner for me, and I’m glad I bought some. The mossy and woody drydown notes really add a gentlemanly and cool aspect to the citrus and pull it all together for a smooth, masculine finish on me. If one is looking for a really nice smelling fougère composition that will draw lots of female attention, I suggest adding this to the wardrobe, and enjoy it. Well done, Azzaro. This is a great smelling all around fragrance for me. I can wear this all year, as it has a great balance of notes that would accent the different seasons very well. I love this as a Spring scent, going into Summer, though, because it’s light and chic enough to blend in with the freshness and vitality of this time of year. This would be great for a home cooked dinner and movie night with lots of closeness. She will adore this.
Smells like a blue tonic drink, the mossy notes are undetectable and overall smells great but the longevity suffers reminds me of Valentino coral fantasy with more water notes.
i’m not a usual azzaro fan, but this is really really good. nothing like MYSLF….. come on people. beautiful opening with a very smooth liquor. A beautiful take on a fougere. For me the dry down reminds me of Erba Pura for some reason, that really smooth citrusy finish
this smells really good. it's a nice summer fragrance, this will for sure grow a lot more on people. The only reason I see people hating is that it smells a lot like other fragrances, and while I do think that it does smell similar, that's not a negative thing imo. This will smell great to people who aren't really obsessed with fragrances and even to fragrance enthusiasts this will smell pretty good if u don't tell em it's the new most wanted flanker lol.
I just smelled this at shoppers....I dont get any Myslf from this at all. It has d&g pour homme intenso vibes imo.
Best way to describe it is Azzaro's spin on YSL Myself. Such a beautiful scent that can be party worn or formal perfect for all ages. 9/10 Beauty
Not a lot of freshness going on. Too heavy for spring/summer, too light for winter/ fall. Smells awful on my skin. Not for me.
This is an updated review. Having worn this one a couple times now it basically comes across as a flat and deflated version of MYSLF by YSL. The opening is nice and it has a bright juiciness from the bergamot, and it really does smell like a fresh take on the EDP for a few minutes, but it's very short lived, and into the mid and drydown this becomes pretty generic and bland to my nose. It kind of smells like a liquid hand soap. On clothes the drydown of the scent turns playdoh-ish to me and I don't care for that at all (might be the moss and lavender, this needed a woodsy base I feel). Overall, this release is just okay, I suggest trying it first, but in all honesty it is fairly underwhelming and there are other options available right now which do this scent profile much better. Take a look at YSL MYSLF (or any Y) or even the new Polo 67. Just my honest opinion on this one.
This has a lovely opening with good projection and sillage: on my skin, a rich mossy liqueur is ‘kept fresh’ by slightly sweet bergamot & lavender notes; on fabric, the oakmoss & lavender dominate.
Unfortunately… within an hour or so this beautiful, heady ambrosia fades into a fairly generic albeit pleasant smell. Solution…? Keep spraying!
Update: on fabric, oakmoss & lavender is still going strong the next day!
I like Azzaro but yet another Wanted flanker !?! This one reminds me of the YSL Y line, not sure if one in particular (maybe Le Parfum) but that vibe. All of these Azzaro Wanted flankers are good IMO but how many do they really need to release, and in such quick succession? 🤔 Saying that it's a very nice fragrance to my nose.
It's a nice fragrance, clean and strong.
Heavy with the bergamot giving an apple fruity scent to me.
It's not mindblowing but safe one if you like the notes. 7/10
This is a nice scent. I tried it and really liked it. Kind of sweet fougerish type of scent.
Then yesterday I stopped at a Sephora and started sniffing everything they had available and realized this smells really really close to MYSLF.
Nice fragrance but nothing mindblowing in my opinion. 7.2/10
Bro if people keep comparing YSL Myslf to everything I’m going to lose my damn mind ahhhhh
Wonderful scent, with just a tip on the scale toward the feminine side. If you're looking for one of Mathilde Laurent's "little jewels" that exudes masculinity this isn't it though I very much enjoy wearing this.
The opening and mid are amazing. The drydown is good too but seems similar to Wanted EDP imo. Better overall than Wanted EDP but somewhat similar to that. I can detect the TMW EDP intense DNA in this. Overall, a fresher take on the TMW line. Looking forward to using it more over the coming months.
I was intrigued by the note breakdown on this and am a fan of the wanted series so I had to pick this up.
I found it disappointing. There's some of the wanted dna in the base but it just smells like YSL Myself. I already have that one and like it but the performance on Most Wanted Intense was not great. It's pretty noticeable for about 15, 20 minutes but after it settles in it's much more subtle than any others in the Wanted lineup.
TLDR : Very comparable to ysl myslf, boss the scent elixir and paco rabanne phantom, very pleasant and sweet smell
Immediately when i sprayed this on my skin i already knew that ive smelled this before, this is a hard scent to describe seeming i have no other azzaro's.
This smells a bit of everything like a paco rabanne phantom, ysl myslf and to me like boss the scent elixir
This is a very relaxing scent to me, and smells almost a bit like le male with a peaceful lavender that is absolutely not too harsh.
It however does not project well and it lasts alright at best, all around for the price with the bottle, branding, smell, its absolutely something a person should have in their collection just for a really relaxed, any occasion scent, something that you can overspray and not annoy many people.
Jesus Christ fragrance houses are becoming just like Hollywood....instead of giving us something original they have to repackage the same shit they've been giving us for years, but adding 'intense' or 'elixir' to it. I love the Most wanted line but I'd much rather have something new than another M W offshoot. I have no doubt it smells great but come on guys......earn your pay....
At first I love the EDP intense and Parfum version from this line, but this is the worse purchase I made this year. Really bad. Creamy, minty. Nothing like MYSLF.
I sampled this and Myslf at Ulta today. Got the testers mixed up and after a bit, could barely tell the difference. Both smell really good, but I think if you have one you don't need the other. Nice fragrance though.
Definitely similar to Phantom Parfum without that sour opening. Also I get wifs from Scandal Le Parfum. It's ok but there's same kind frags already. Overall 7/10
Nice fragrance. I can smell the Wanted DNA but its too close to myslf for me to purchase
I tried this frangrance for a day. It has a strong opening and in half hour becomes skin scent. It is very similar to Paco Rabanne Phantom only bit more sophisticated. It doesn’t project whole day if you ask me. It’s a pleasent smell but weak.
Rating : 6
boring lasts very long and has a lemony aftershave type scent. interesting, anyway its a good cologne.
Kinda reminds me of that Aventus DNA that you smell in a lot of other fragrances. Very fresh citrusy aftershave like smell. Not bad in any way though, 7/10
Very minty!
Imagine the Azzaro Most Wanted DNA as the backbone and a refreshing mint sitting on top of it with the OG JPG le male and you have the EDT intense.
Fantastic projection and longevity.
Interestingly it's quite linear; the sweet mint remains.
People will love this on you and it has more range of when you can wear it compared to its siblings parfum and EDP (in my view they're too heavy for warm weather and the office) so that's a bonus, and it's not redundant if you own those two as it's different enough.
But if you're looking for that infamous unique fragrance then this isn't it.
8/10
Opening is a bit sweet, slightly aromatic with slight citrus. For me that sweetness almost takes on a white floral character, ALMOST like tuberose a sweet, lightly minty bubblegum. It might just be my nose but that bubblegum character fades. with the lavender, becomes less sweet and more fresh. becomes more balanced and enjoyable after about 10 minutes. imma have to test some more. Smells good tho. Update: it's like a gin and tonic that was made with citruses that weren't sour, I expected more of a fougere than what you get. To me the lavender is sweet and airy. interested to see how this does in warm weather. This actually smells amazing from a distance , when you get your nose too close to it not as much. Not too strong of a fragrance but it lasts. Nighttime spring/summer vibes. The more I've been wearing it the more it has grown on me, the far Drydown when the woodiness comes to play, is where this one shines. lasted a really long time as a skin scent was catching whiffs over 12 hours after applying.. weird but my nose gets elements of 1 Million Parfum and elements of Eau de Lacoste 12.12 EDT in this
For me this is fresher take of Wanted EDP which I really enjoy. In terms of projection this is average and longevity about 6-7 hours. Overall it is everyday, versatile fragrance with high mass appealing factor.
Fragrance Notes :
Top Notes: Bergamot.
Mid Notes: Lavender.
Base Notes: Liquer/Moss.
Fragrance Review:
First thoughts, this is a Minty/ Aromatic scent im the opening. Nice Lavender in the drydown.
- The most Wanted EDT Intense starts with a Vibrant Citrusy/ Minty scent for the first few minutes but after about 10 minutes it turns to a aromatic Lavender scent,
- I sprayed a total of 5 times. Twice behind each ear, twice on the front of neck, and once in front of my chest. The longevity is weak, it lasts approximately 6+ hours on my skin, and 7+ on my clothes. This fragrance projects weak too, a 6ft radius for the first thirty minutes before turning into a skin scent. (Depends on skin types)
Overall Rating (7/10)
A unique opening coming from Azzaro The Most Wanted if you want a nice refreshing Mojito opening from a fragrance, this would be it.
13 people voted this fragrance as: very weak, 12 voted intimate sillage, 13 voted feminine scent and 13 voted way overpriced. Definitely can tell who is trolling in their reviews lol
I agree with @Greek_Scent, it's a very nice and smooth mojito smell, very minty actually, but not as refreshing as you might think. It also has some spice to it, and I imagine it being very mass appealing. In the drydown (6h later), it somehow reminds me of YSL's MYSLF and its floral smell.
I can see this one in the summer, but I'd rather wear it in the evening as, for me, this fragrance seems to have the potential of being cloying... So yeah, maybe cut some of the sprays and wear it during the heat of the day?... It could work, we'll see.
Just tested it and like it a lot!
The opening smells like a very fresh Juicy mojito (especially on the strip).
I believe it's gonna be a summer hit.
another example of a new release being review-bombed. To be fair, this does look like an intersting take on the MW DNA, but I'm not sure If I can quite imagine the idea of this smell just yet
All these children who are voting in the smells like section ridiculous frags that smell nothing like but just look dumb, these people are the ones who made poor decisions in thier lives which led them to a dead end job in which they make no money and can't afford the more pricey frags. So now they must hate that which they can't have from no fault of thier own stupid life mistakes and decision making. So do all of us people who have a level head on our shoulders and got thier shit straight or had it straight from the start a favor and reassess your life and where u went wrong. Go and fix it then maybe u won't be so sour about not being able to afford life's luxuries. Cuz u don't see them on many of the affordable Lattafa, Paris Corner or Armaf frags.....hate to sound cliché but get a life dude or dudettes.
Fragrantica should only allow members to up/ down vote only after a month of the date of the release of any fragrance.
That way more ppl would have tried it and could give an honest opinion, instead of these sadistic losers.
The usual clown show at Fragrantica whenever a new fragrance drops, this site has become something of a joke for allowing this...!!!
These companies need to give it a rest already. Another cash grab to get the frag addicts and social media people excited about until they release yet another flanker and the cycle continues.. 🔁
Of course the people who suck at life itching to see something new they can dump all over… laughable miserable people
Actually looking forward to this much more than I should be. I shall remain optimistic that the new crop of designers is going to have maybe one or two worthy entries for '24. Cautiously optimistic. Haven't seen a real show-stopper yet, but definitely keeping an eye out for it...
Update 5/24: Finally got around to sampling this one. Smells good, but not new or groundbreaking. Sits in between CH Bad Boy and YSL MYSLF. Perfect first fragrance for a teenager or someone needing a mass-pleaser. Can't rate performance other than to say it is close to CH Bad Boy, but not quite.
This is interesting take on a Fougere…. not a fan of this collection, but this one i might try.
