R00TK1T claimed to have Dell access in January/February of this year, and they even used the same screenshot.
They are trying to capitalise on the current issues at Dell, and that is all.
For those that aren't tracking, R00TK1T is very keen on gaining attention and are often, it seems using exposed credentials to gain access to networks, beyond that it seems they largely have little impact.
