Thank you again for volunteering to be a class rep this quarter/semester/year!

IF YOU ARE A CLASS REP FOR MORE THAN ONE COURSE, please submit a new response for every course, e.g. If you are a class rep for two courses, you will submit two feedback forms in total.

The students' voice is our utmost priority at AUSA! Being a class representative contributes immensely to student representation. It allows AUSA and the University to listen and act on the feedback you share with us on behalf of other students.

The e-Voice Diary is for the Student Voice team at AUSA to know how courses are being run in various departments throughout the University. You would need to share the feedback you have gathered from the students in the course. We also expect you to pass on the feedback to the lecturers and push for change where possible.

NB: The e-Voice submission deadline is Monday 25th March at Midnight.

• For Business Master's class reps and some Education programmes, you only need to fill out this form 3 times (Week three, six and nine). Please, use this same form to submit your feedback.

• For all other class reps, you only need to fill out this form 3 times for the whole semester (Week four, eight and twelve).

• For cohorts and programme class reps, please select *other* on the course list and use the option below that says - If your course is not included on the list, please type it here with the course code.
