In a week of mixed emotions for Donald Trump, one piece of news probably perked him up. According to a Washington Post-Ipsos poll conducted last month, Black Americans’ desire to vote in this year’s election is down sharply from four years ago. That, along with other signs of voter discontent, has got to be music to his ears.
