IMPORTANT:  We do not retract bids nor cancel purchases. Winners who abandon an auction item will be considered in default. The item will be relisted for auction, and the default will be automatically reported to ShopGoodwill after the payment window closes.  Misuse of the auction system may result in being banned from future auctions.  We cannot change auctions to "buy it now" sales.

PAYMENTS:  Payments must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. 

SHIPPING: We generally ship items within five (5) days of payment. Due to COVID staffing restrictions and significantly increased online shopping, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We ship via FedEx Ground, which does not deliver to Post Office boxes, including military, and does not ship internationally nor overseas, even to U.S. territories.  Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx using a volumetric formula.  We reserve the right to invoice customers for inaccurate shipping estimates.  Items lost or damaged by FedEx are the sole responsibility of FedEx, and customers must pursue claims and refunds directly through FedEx.  We will happily assist where possible.  Shipments valued at more than $100.00 require signature for delivery.  We do not adjust shipping rates or weights, but can combine shipping where possible. Per-item handling fees apply.  We ship only to the address provided in the customer's ShopGoodwill account at the time of payment.

RETURN POLICY: All merchandise is considered donated and used, and sold AS-IS, NO RETURNS - with all auctions final.  If you have questions about quality, authenticity, etc., contact us prior to bidding through the contact seller link. 

PICKUPS: Pickups must be scheduled via the link on your item's listing on ShopGoodwill.com.  Available times are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM through Noon.  Payment is required 24 hours prior to pickup, and invoices are required upon arrival. Pickup location: 1235 S. Eugene Street, Greensboro NC 27406.  Pickup items must be retrieved within two (2) weeks of payment. After fourteen (14) days items will be considered abandoned and donated for resale, without refund.  Unscheduled pickups cannot be serviced.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Our response hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Please send questions through the contact seller link located on all listings. Any tickets received during the weekend or on holidays will be answered ASAP the next business day. We request 24-48 business hours to respond.

TAX LAW:  As required by law, all purchases will be charged 6.75% sales tax, including items that may not be taxable in your location. States or disctricts that require additional fees will be calculated at checkout.

Condition/Quality Disclaimers:  Despite attempts to accurately describe items through words and pictures, items may contain flaws that are not noted in the listing nor shown in photographs. Customers bid with this in mind. Items are donated and used, and any testing that is done is not a guarantee of condition.  All bidding is done with the understanding of these inherent risks.  Unless specifically noted as "tested", electronic or mechanical items have not been tested.  Gold, silver, and platinum are tested with an acid test and/or electronic tester and a rare earth magnet, but without expert oversight. Weights include any stones.  Gemstones are measured in their settings and tested with a Presidium Gem Tester.  Inconsistencies between monitor displays might distort colors.  No assertion is made regarding the intrinsic value, collectability, or resale value of any item.  LEGO sets may contain an amount of other brick toys or other toys.
