Combined Shipping: Combined orders, when practical in size & do not include breakables, large bulky items and or grab-bag/bundles or lots may be requested for auctions that close within 3 days of each other prior to payment being made. (They cannot contain porcelain or glass). Max combined "dimensional" shipping weight is 20 lbs. In some cases, combined shipments are more expensive due to increased box size. WE ARE UNABLE TO COMBINE ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. Please note handling fees apply to all orders regardless of combined shipping.
Location for Pickup: The local pickup office is located at 3249 Navarre Ave Oregon, Ohio 43616 Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, [no appointments available during the noon hour due to staff lunch breaks] with pickup schedule available one business day from payment date. During Pick-up, the customer will be required to provide their Shopgoodwill buyer id name and sign for their purchase.
Items remaining in pickup facility past 14 business days will be re-auctioned/recycled depending on the date auction was originally posted and will not be available for pickup or refund - they will be considered donations. Items must be paid for online prior to pick up, we cannot accept payment at time of pick up.
Items paid for as LOCAL PICKUP, will automatically be made available for pickup, no sooner than 48hrs from when payment is received. Please utilize the pick-up scheduler to set up your pickup appointment.
Unpaid items over 7 days past due will be re-listed.
Return policy: All returns of eligible items for refund must be pre-authorized within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. No refunds will be authorized for shipping & handling. A refund will not be submitted for items returned without prior authorization. Items returned without approval are considered donations. Items with Sold As Is or Parts/Repair in the description are non-returnable and non-refundable. A return label will not be provided for items that were described to the best our knowledge. Shopgoodwill staff are not experts in any field and have little knowledge of what items and what info should be included. All inquiries should be submitted before making a bid. Refunded money can take up to 14 days to arrive back in original payment account.
Items Broken in shipment - Must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item. If an item is missing from your order we require notification of this error within 7 days of receipt of package. If not reported within 7 days we cannot guarantee the item will be able to be located. Claims will be filed with FedEx immediately. Refunds will not be processed until claim with FedEx has been resolved.
Lost Packages? Please let us know if you have not received your package, we will then file a claim with FedEx on your behalf. Claims that are not approved by FedEx will not be refunded. Please make sure to check your tracking information for a scheduled delivery date.
