Ban the religion, take away its religious status. And that excludes any exemptions and privileges. Which means no building of mosques, no halal food, no religious exemptions for burka, no private sharia courts, no cousin marriages etc. They are welcome to stay if they accept the terms and follow the law, otherwise they can leave on their own accord. And of course, no further immigration of Muslims.
