🇺🇦 For the first time since 2022, private creditors will demand payments from Ukraine on public debt. The group of bondholders includes BlackRock and Pimco, and together they account for about one-fifth of Ukraine's $20 billion of outstanding Eurobonds. The organizations formed a committee and attracted lawyers to negotiate with Kiev. The Wall Street Journal writes about this. According to the newspaper, Ukraine could resume payments in exchange for writing off a significant part of its outstanding debt. It is clarified that in total, creditors plan to receive up to $500 million per annum in interest payments. - FRWL reports
