물론 군대관련으로 문제가 많지만 그거랑은 별개죠 현행법상 심신에 문제가 없으면 다 가야하는게 맞는거고 병역에 결격이 있는 사람이 안가는거랑 없는 사람이 빼는거는 근본적으로 다르니까요
