Weak recommendations based on low or very low quality evidence means that individual shared decision making is needed. However, gender medicine is against evidence based medicine at so many levels: 1. claiming strong evidence where there is no evidence (“science is settled” )

I haven’t seen many political or influencal figures fight against the low quality evidence for 4th line chemotherapies, or the marginal effect of statins for primary prevention. Gender medicine however has become their obsession, with little to no direct experience in such care.
