Regarding the reports concerning Professor at our university
The faculty member in question is currently on leave of absence from the University. Classes during the leave of absence are being taught by a substitute lecturer and are proceeding without any problems.
In general, from the standpoint of protecting personal information, the University does not disclose any information about the person on leave other than the fact that he or she is on leave.
The University sincerely hopes that the individual will return to work, and will take necessary measures as appropriate.
