The recent outage with Breachforums has been claimed by R00Tk1T, who claims to have had support from Cyber Army Russia Reborn. Cyber Army Russia Reborn, did not clearly state they were involved but they did share the post, which is often enough to he a sign of endorsement.
This is an intriguing and interesting development.
