If you have seen the fantastic report from Mandiant that promotes sandworm to APT44 then you may have seen that hacktivist group Cyber Army Russia Reborn is mentioned.
I just want to highlight that hacktivism is diverse and nuanced and there hundreds of groups that engage in activities as part of the #RussiaUkraineWar
Some are state influenced but others have other motivations, the best thing you can do is understand the hacktivist landscape to know what you should and should not worry about.
