    Hello Community!

I hope you all well and blessed? So I have an app that has subscriptions setup in Google play console, App store connect and Revenue cat. Everything was set up as per the documentation thats provided by Flutterflow and Rev cat.

So the app works on both Android and iOS platforms but when I test the subscription button on iOS i get a grey screen. When I test the subscription on Android device it works perfectly. I have tried every thing to get it to work on iOs and nothing has worked. I know that App store connect is talking to Revenue cat becuase I'm able to import the subscription products during setup in Revcat from app store connect, so I know that those two have a server connection.

I have tried everything and I have exhausted my options. Is there anyone here that can assist me offline? To look at my setup and let me know what I have done wrong, I just need help with iOs Please.

Below is my subscriptions setup on the App Store Connect for yearly and monthly.

Below is Revenue Cat subscription setup:

Below is my flutterflow paywall setup for the subscription. The entitlement Identifier is correct so the app store dialogue box should pop up but its does not at all showing a grey screen.

Here is the test I did with Testflight app: Notice the grey blank screen when i click in subscribe:

Here is a screenshot of Android Studio test. It works on Android studio and android devices with no problem:

Please can someone assist me, I'm so close but so far to getting this app sent in for production.

    ISSUE RESOLVED!

I wanted to share the resolution to the problem I was facing. It turns out there was a surprisingly simple fix that could have saved me many late nights of troubleshooting. It would be immensely helpful if error messages from App Store Connect or RevenueCat were more descriptive to aid troubleshooting, but alas.

After countless attempts, including package deletions and reconfigurations, it boiled down to a critical factor: the Paid App Agreement on App Store Connect. If this agreement is not set up and completed, your App Store Connect subscriptions won't be visible on the paywall, resulting in a frustrating grey screen with no store dialogue page.

So, to all the fellow developers grappling with similar issues, ensure your Paid App Agreement is in place on App Store Connect to avoid the grey screen pitfall. I hope this insight proves beneficial, especially for those new to app development.

    Happy coding!

    Hi everyone!

Firstly, thank you to this awesome community. Love how everyone tried to assist and help everyone. This community is tops!!!

So I created a flutterflow app and added a yearly subscription pay wall. I followed all the instruction and tutorials of how to add the paywall and revenue cat and so on. Using this document: https://docs.flutterflow.io/actions/actions/integrations/revenuecat and this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gG5f79oT5fE The app works good and there is no issue with the app, the issue is the paywall or revenue cat, at this stage I don't know which one is the issue.

So to view the paywall in action all I did was download the flutterflow APK and load/drag this into the Android studio. As soon as I hit the get started button, I get a blank grey screen. Please see attached image. At this point i'm suppose to see my bottom sheet with my subscription details but all i get a this grey screen.

Not sure if this will help but, I did notice a very strange thing. If I remove the remove my price string value on the bottom sheet popup that has the buy now and just leave the actual price in text. I get pass the grey screen and and able to see the revenue cat options but when we hit buy now its blank and i don't see the store dialogue.

Any help with be highly appreciated.

    Hi Community!

I need your help urgently. I'm trying to create a paywall annual subscription using revenue cat. I have followed the instruction but this video is so outdated, I can't even find some of the feature they mention in this video. It also seems like some of those functions don't show up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gG5f79oT5fE

Please can someone assist with an updated tutorial? or point me to an updated one. Thanks

I managed to fixed my issue.
