As I said yesterday - Cyber Av3ngers claiming the attacks and not providing evidence still have the intended impacts they want.
This story is now spreading and evoking uncertainty and concern to an already highly tense situation. Hacktivist groups derive power from unchallenged claims. It gives them influence in information space.
While it isn't impossible that the group impacted the power grid in Israel, nothing has been confirmed at this time.
Lastly - Correlation does not equal causation.
