MISSAV, a web site that publishes adult videos without the permission of the producers or the people who are on it, is using a German server. I am currently sending an e-mail to the German server management company, but so far have not received a reply. MasterCard, VISA, and JCB are providing payment through EPOCH to adult live chat sites that advertise and fund websites that publish copyright infringement and revenge pornography. This is an international issue.
