I honestly recommend using Etsy to buy stuff, mainly be if dog ears and tails! (This can go for any other animal too) I actually have a few shops on Etsy I like.
TimelessKittenShop is a good one for ears and tails
DesignsbyGitana is another one for ears and tails (I like this one the most because they're very cute)
RainbowLionDesgins is mainly for fur suits I think, but they have very cute tails and paws
You can always look up stuff for collars (I search for emo type of dog collars to help me feel more like a dog)
ABabesCollars is my personal favorite from the collar designs (and great reviews)
Most of these are pretty expensive so there's always the thrifting way!
I know Walmart carries tails and ears during Halloween or you can go to Spencer's for collars (ordering online is one if there isn't a Spencer's shop near you!)
Now as for barking, there's a lot of YouTube videos, Reddit posts, and ect that you can find by searching "how to bark" and it will give tutorials!
There could be some tutorials on how to do a low growl (which could sound like a bear if done right!)
