The Pentagon has a long-standing contract with Tutor.com, a tutoring services provider acquired and owned by Hong Kong VC Primavera Capital, the CEO of which is Fred Hu (胡祖六), who has been a delegate of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in Hunan province and also a “director” of Entrepreneur Alliance at the Western Returned Scholars Association — an organization under the United Front Work Department. The tutoring service for US military servicemembers and their families is funded by the Pentagon’s Defense Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) General Library Program. While providing educational services, Tutor.com collects personal data on users, such as location, internet protocol addresses and contents of the tutoring sessions. As Chinese national security laws require companies to release confidential business and customer data to the Chinese government, the Pentagon is essentially paying to expose US military and their children’s private information to the CCP. dailycaller.com/2024/03/15/exc
