A major upgrade is currently being deployed on Gofile's storage servers. This involves heavy processing on the data. Some files will remain inaccessible for several hours.

A database migration is currently in progress. Gofile will be back up and running in just a few minutes.
A new user interface has just been released on the platform today. There may be some minor bugs in this version, so please don't hesitate to let us know about them.

The upgrade is now 85% complete. The vast majority of files are accessible again. Still a few hours to finalize.

50% of the files are now accessible again. It's a bit longer than expected. All data conversion will be finished by tomorrow.
We are migrating a lot of data to new servers. During this migration, data access might be temporarily limited for certain content for guest users only. We expect the migration to be completed in a few days. Once completed, the overall performance will significantly improve.
We have recently resolved a bug, introduced a few days ago, that prevented files containing special characters from being uploaded. This issue has now been corrected.

Our storage server 'store1' is now back online and fully operational
For the past few days, we have been experiencing some issues with delivering emails to Hotmail and Outlook addresses. We have contacted Microsoft, and the situation will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
store9 server is currently undergoing maintenance due to a failed disk. The raid is rebuilding and we expect everything to be back to normal within a few hours. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Files are deleted when they are not downloaded for several days. However, they remain on the servers for at least 10 days.
If you are a Patreon member, your files remain online indefinitely.
