Developing programs for Win3.11 Win95 or DOS in Code::Blocks

Thanks to this modified version of Code::Blocks you can graphically develop programs that will work on Windows 3.11 and Windows 95 on modern versions of Windows!

Alternatively, this can be used to create console DOS programs.
I wanted to make this thread because I'm rather interested if anyone still creates software for such old versions of Windows.
