Against the backdrop of globalization and a declining birthrate, most people would probably disagree with the statement that Japan's economy is ``aiming to develop through mutually beneficial relationships with foreign countries and with foreigners.'' The world has already entered a borderless era, with Japanese people traveling to countries around the world and foreigners also traveling to Japan. People from all countries are mixed together. I myself have deepened my relationships with people from all over the world through business and private life. Through this experience, I was able to deeply understand that Japanese society is still extremely difficult for foreigners to live in.
Taking up the mantle, I'm committed to addressing this vital issue, welcoming foreign individuals into Japan's economy. Our team actively listens to the grievances of many foreigners, assuming the role of a specialized group working to resolve these concerns and create a positive impact on Japan's future economy.

Reflecting back, I, too, arrived as an international student over 20 years ago, facing the challenges of acclimating to life in Japan while dedicating myself to my studies.
In my capacity as a member of the management team, I am committed to exerting even greater efforts in addressing the issues surrounding foreign residents' housing and lifestyle support, seeking effective solutions.
