Latest 2.9.5.0 version worked fine for me :

i tried it and it kept corrupting the exe, thats cuz we used heavily modded exes now.

whats funny is ppl dont know how godly this system is. lol

It took me a day to get working but I finally got it working.
Just a few notes for others who are trying to do this;

1. Latest HaRepacker(resurrected) will actually export your V83 WZs as "XML Document." This is incorrect, use HaRepacker 4.2.3 to export it as Disc Image File.
2. Visual Studio 2017 may not work with with his .CIL as his library was compiled on 2015 and it just throws errors. I had to switch to VS 2015 to get that DLL compiled. I suck at c++ so for other noobs like me use VS 2015 to save the trouble.
3. Follow his steps they are correct.
