Why would a Canadian Federal Government funded Crown Corporation, "The Canadian Race Relations Foundation" whose oversight is via Canadian Heritage Ministry be writing a letter in support of a *private company* (Sino Quebec and Ms. Xi Li) to sue the RCMP our Federal police force? A possible conflict of interest and very odd indeed. Who at Heritage is responsible for supporting this!?
