Clubs Expo
Clubs Expo is an excellent opportunity to sign up new members and promote your group, be sure to plan fun and engaging activities for your stall! This year the City Campus will host the event on the Old Government House Lawn, and Grafton will host in the
main Foyer.
Clubs Expo is on at the following times
- City Campus, Monday 26th February - Wednesday 28th February 10 - 3 pm (set up from 9 am, pack up until 4 pm)
- Grafton Campus, Thursday 29th February, 10 - 3 pm (set up from 9 am)
Applications open at 12.00 am on Wednesday 31st January and close on Tuesday 6th February 11:59 pm, stalls will be allocated on a first in, first served basis for the City campus. Completing the application does not guarantee a stall – we will
take the first applications from clubs who applied and then create a wait list. Grafton also has a limited number of stalls.
Stalls will be allocated into category areas such as sport, academic and specialist, religious and spiritual, cultural, causes and collectives to assist students visiting the Expo to easily find groups they are interested in.

Stall details for Clubs Expo
- All stalls will be provided with 1 standard trestle table and 2 chairs at City and Grafton.
- The stalls on the City campus will all have access to power, Grafton will not
- If a stall space is unclaimed each day by 11 am it will be released to the wait list.
- There will be limited storage available for those with stalls outside on the City Campus. Stalls inside the Pavilion do not need to pack up daily.
- A photographer will provide coverage throughout the Expo. If we would like to use your photo for our website or for promotion you will be asked to sign a waiver
Confirmations of registrations and a full list of stall locations will be sent out by Friday 9th February
