Hello, I think I can possibly answer some of your concerns. We have no affiliation with the VRC EN-JP group. They are just a kind group that helps connect English and Japanese communities. We are aware of LSMedia's past. We found them because they were one of the largest worlds on VRchat at the time, but Hyperbeam wants no association with piracy, and that is why we were not able to work with LSMedia in the past. After the content on their world was taken down in December, we were finally able to contact the team and work with them directly. We are making sure the talents of the LSMedia world creators does not go to waste, and that they no longer host any content on the world. We have also been showing our development to VRChat staff every step of the way. They know how Hyperbeam works, and we have had quite a few private demonstrations and meetings about our policies. Hyperbeam is a company that has been around since 2019, only the VRChat feature is something new. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me! I am fairly certain Sleeping_VRC has no idea who we are, and cannot answer questions themselves.
