My name is Primus, I'm a 24 year old Trans man who's lookin into getting top surgery soon. I have a consultation for the surgery at the end of July. Getting this surgery is extremely important to me, helping greatly relieve my gender dysphoria and help me move forward in my transition. It's something that is nearly impossible for me to afford for myself, but something necessary to my mental well-being and increasing my quality of life.
