Qvitter UIでは投稿のことを「クイップ (quip)」 と表示されていますが、あまり気にせず、「投稿」と呼んでもらって問題ありません。
デフォルトのQvitter UI (モダンUI) は通信周りにバグがあるようなので、うまく動作しない場合はクラシックUIで該当機能をお試しください。
投稿内にURLがあると、空の添付ファイルが自動生成されます。本来ならば、URLからOGP/oEmbedによりサムネイル画像をを自動生成します。容量節約のため、この自動生成を設定で無効にしているため、空になっています。ご理解お願いします。
nickname (ユーザーID) に_ (アンダースコア) があると、Qvitterのホーム画面が表示されないバグがあります。その場合、/main/publicなどホーム画面以外をURL直打ちで表示すると回避できます。その後、クラシックUIに変更したり、Pleroma FEを使うことで回避できます。恐縮ですが、修正までこちらでご対応ください。
