- Article 1 Terms of Use
- Regarding the service "Go NAGANO Smart Pass" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by Nagano Prefecture Tourism Organization (hereinafter referred to as "administrator"), the following terms of use and precautions are used. (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”).
- Users of this service (hereinafter referred to as "users") must confirm the content of these Terms of Use in advance and agree to these Terms of Use. By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to all of the contents of these Terms of Use.
- These terms of use may be changed without the prior consent of the user. The changed Terms of Use shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the Service. If the user continues to use this service after the change of these terms of use, it is deemed that the user has agreed to the contents of the changed terms of use.
- Article 2 User registration
- Registration Applicants apply for usage registration by the method specified by the administrator, and the usage registration is completed when the administrator approves this.
- If the administrator determines that the applicant for use registration has any of the following reasons, the administrator may not approve the application for use registration, and shall not be obliged to disclose the reason.

- Digital tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.

- Article 4 Management of user ID and password and maintenance of usage environment
- Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own responsibility.
- Under no circumstances shall the user transfer or lend the user ID and password to a third party. If the combination of user ID and password matches the registered information and is logged in, the administrator will consider it to be used by the user who registered that user ID.
- Users shall, at their own responsibility and expense, properly maintain all equipment, software, and means of communication necessary to use the Service.
- Users shall take security measures such as prevention of computer virus infection, unauthorized access and information leakage according to their usage environment.
- The administrator has no involvement in the user's usage environment and does not take any responsibility.
- Article 5 Prohibitions

- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the administrator's service

- Acts of impersonating another user
- Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the administrator's services
- Acts aimed at obtaining unfair profits by using the Service, or acts equivalent thereto
- Acts of using this service for commercial purposes, regardless of whether it is in whole or in part
- Acts of reselling or transferring digital tickets purchased through this service
- Other acts that the administrator deems inappropriate
- The administrator shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the user or a third party due to suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.
- Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service.
- Article 6 Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.
- The administrator may suspend or suspend the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user if it determines that there is any of the following reasons.

- Article 7 Usage Restrictions and Cancellation of Registration

- Article 8 Disclaimer

- The administrator shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user by a third party, etc. (including telecommunications carriers and other businesses).
- In the event of a dispute between the user and a third party, etc. in the use of this service, the user shall resolve such dispute at its own expense and responsibility and compensate for damages.
- In the use of this service, if the user infringes on the rights of a third party, etc., and the administrator incurs compensation or other expenses in relation to the response to the third party, the user shall pay the compensation Other expenses shall be borne.
- The administrator does not take any responsibility for any damages caused by additions or changes to the contents of this service, or suspension or termination of this service. - Article 9 Changes to Service Contents, etc.
The administrator shall be able to change the contents of this service or stop providing this service without notifying the user, and will not be responsible for any damage caused to the user by this.
- Article 10 Handling of Personal Information
The administrator shall handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the " Privacy Policy " separately determined by the administrator.
- Article 11 Validity of these Terms of Use
- Even if some of the provisions of these Terms of Use are deemed invalid based on laws and regulations, the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain valid.
- If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or revoked with respect to a User, these Terms of Use shall remain valid with respect to other Users.
- Article 12 Assignment of Rights and Obligations
- Users may not assign, transfer, pledge as collateral, or otherwise dispose of rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to third parties without the prior written consent of the administrator.
- If the administrator transfers the business related to this service to another company, the administrator shall transfer the contractual status, rights and obligations based on these terms of use, registration information and other information to the transferee of the transfer. and the User shall agree in advance to such transfer.
- Article 13 Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
- The governing law of these Terms of Use shall be Japanese law.
- If a lawsuit arises between the user and the administrator, the Nagano District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance.
