Forum:	opensource	Subject:	"Book Removed" - I'm seeing this a lot now.

Don't know if this is a new thing but it seems like every second book I look up to read these days I can't read it because "Book Removed".
Why would a book be removed?
Is this something that has been happening more lately?

It's the same vulnerability that YouTube videos have: uploaders can change their mind for whichever personal reasons, and take it down.
