my shop got put in Vacation Mode why???

I just changed payment settings from Paypal to Payoneer.

Having a Payoneer account I inserted data. Then before I know it shop got suspended for a full day now losing sales and visibility.

Did not receive mail or message from etsy on what the problem is (persisting)

Only received this message but nothing changed "We’ve verified your info using the documents you uploaded! You’re all set to continue selling"

They should at least warn sellers that this would happened I would've not change payment settings if I knew!!!!!

Part of that delay is to protect sellers from a hacker withdrawing money immediately after taking control of the account.  Another part of it is not just Etsy, but new laws around the world to fight tax evasion and money laundering.  Even if you changed just a bank account number - there would still be some delay and, possibly, time to reverify the new account.

If you don't mind, could you please tell me what the situation was like?
I am also a Japanese seller and have to migrate to Payonner, my Payonner account is already verified and held.
If I hadn't come to the forum I would have migrated right before Black Friday.
It is really horrible.
We need to make an announcement to our customers.
Did your store go dormant for a day after the transition to Payonner?
I have had numerous experiences with Etsy staff not responding immediately to problems like this.
It would be helpful if you could share your experience.
