I know that there are foreigners who came to Japan because they like Japan but had a bad experience working in Japan.

There may be an influence of the Japanese temperament. Because we Japanese understand that the strictness of the Japanese in our work is due to our precision, which does not compromise on any issue.

This may something that foreigners often find too demanding. 

But in reality, we Japanese also find it very difficult to maintain a normal balance between mind and body due to long working hours and few days off. 

So I think one of the big factors is that the Japanese are losing emotional leeway.

And, I think also that the cause of the stressful experience of working in Japan is largely due to the negative influence of superiors and colleagues who are impersonating Japanese people, as I have told you here and here. 

Their negative influence should be no exception for foreigners working in Japan. Naturally, we Japanese have been suffering from this negative influence for a long time.

To use an analogy with Asia, it is because the band of bandits (Some Chinese and some Koreans etc, pretending to be citizens of their respective countries.) with the Masons and the Li family at the top, are in charge of the country of Japan, China, south Korea, North Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong etc.

Or it is possible that the white race of the Mason bandits and some of the clans and ethnic groups of your country have directly intermingled and who are disguising themselves as the citizens of your country.

However, there are still many Japanese (Earthlings) who are unaware of this serious problem itself, that there are many impersonating Japanese (Earthlings) people. This is because this problem is hidden from the Japanese (Earthlings) people, and we Japanese (Earthlings) cannot know about it unless we find it ourselves on the Internet or ask someone, such as a friend, who has this knowledge to tell us about it.

But even if your country did not have the above-mentioned Japanese temperament and the negative influence from bosses and colleagues pretending to be citizens of your country, wouldn't the working environment in your country also be abnormal?

Many of us earthlings work under great stress in the workplace.

This is because Masons exist as key positions and shareholders in our organization and do not make humane decisions.

Many people's decisions are easily influenced by their environment. By continually depriving people of body, mind, time, and money.

By Long working hours, raising prices, skyrocketing taxes, manipulating the information and education systems, a life with little room for either mind or body, the people can't respect Company policies, bosses and colleague. Corruption is rampant because everyone wants money.

And relationship discord that comes with these issues...

As a result, we can no longer afford everything mentally, financially, and physically. We are less likely to cooperate and love each other.

We have been deliberately and Structural conditioned to escape reality (escape from the truth) through TV, sports (ball rolling games = These are not real work), alcohol and drugs etc...

Because they isolate people from each other.

Because they prevent us from working together against them.

At the same time, because they can isolate us from the truth.

If we, the real citizens of each of the nations of the earth, were actually running our countries, the earth would never be in the mess it is in today.

Why Japanese Hate Working with Foreigners

By the way, I like working with foreigners. Rather, I want to enjoy it as a form of interaction between people of the earth. I have worked with several foreigners and most of them were pleasant to work with. But there were a few who quit immediately or did not enjoy their work.

However, when a foreigner who could hardly speak Japanese came to my workplace, I had a very hard time. But he understood Japanese little by little, and I liked him because he had an Integrity of character. After that, I quit my that job, but he may still be working there today.

In other words, I think that many of the problems with foreigners that occur not only in Japan but also in other countries around the world are caused by the inability to accurately communicate with each other.

Therefore, I think it is necessary to decide on one common language of the earth and to learn two languages perfectly in every country, that language and the language of one's own country.

But this is not for people who want to travel to or work in foreign countries.

It is necessary because all of us, ordinary earthling, need to be able to communicate with each other immediately and accurately in any situation and on any topic, whether on the phone, on the Internet, on the workplace, or on the street corner.

Because it is necessary for us earthlings to unite.
