However, this does not apply in the following cases:

• (1) When we outsource all or part of the handling of personal information, etc. within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, we will appropriately supervise the outsourced party in accordance with the law.
• (2) When our business succession, including the provision of personal information, etc., is carried out due to a merger, company split, business transfer, or other reasons.
