Archive.Today can be used to archive YouTube comments using direct comment linking ( &lc= ).
But Archive.Today has a serious problem since about a year: They have introduced new bandwidth limitation.
When archiving too many pages, their server blocks the user's ID for the rest of the day.
This limitation did not always exist, and I miss the times when it did not exist.
But because Archive.Today is now crippled by this limitation, I suggest the Wayback Machine (at least web.archive.org/save/'s non-liveweb archiver) to be able to archive YouTube comments and automatically scroll down (AJAX).
Until late 2017, Archive.Today could archive YouTube comments without requiring the "&lc=" parameter and a linked comment in the URL.
I suggest the Wayback Machine to archive comments regardless.
I also suggest it to archive both newest comments and top comments, because some YouTubers change the preset via their video manager, and both new and top comments could include historical information.
I would appreciate it, if the Internet Archive considered implementing this functionality.
I hope you understand it.
