みけねこへの糾弾を求む署名活動
最初に言っておきますがこの署名活動はみけねこによるるしあとの匂わせや暴挙によるVtuber界隈への秩序の乱し等の表面的なものに対する糾弾を目的としたものではありません
この状態が続けば招く最悪の事態を防ぐ為の署名です
最悪の事態と言っても二つあります
一つ目はみけねこ自身が今までの暴挙を可愛く見せる様なTwitter全体どころか現実社会を混乱に陥れる様な暴挙を起こしVtuber産業全体が社会から猜疑の目で見られてしまう事
今のみけねこは法的な罰則も受けて無ければ上目の人からの厳しいお叱りも受けて無いどころかSNSからの批判もねこふぁみ界隈の人間が怖くする人はほぼ居ない
この様な環境が続けば今までの暴挙が普通の行動だと錯覚しどんどんと感覚が麻痺していき更に"自分はなんでも出来る"と言う錯覚にも陥り前述したとんでも無い暴挙に走り得る
子供の教育においても子供が非行をした時に親からの罰やお叱りを受ける事で"これは良く無い事なんだな。"と言う倫理観や道徳心がつきそれが社会の中で生きて行く社会性にもなる
もしもこの親によるお叱りや罰が極端に少なかったり無ければ如何なるのか
倫理観や道徳心も無く社会性も欠如する
その状態で成人してしまうと犯罪を犯したりしてそこで法的な罰則を受ける
今のみけねこを取り巻く環境はそれらと非常に似ています
つまり前述した様な事が起こり得るし起きても可笑しくは無い
それがどの様な内容の暴挙なのかは予測は出来ませんが
そうなる前に何かしらの罰があれば防ぐ事はできます
これが一つ目です
二つ目は離反した一人が逆恨みによる人命を奪う事件が起きかね無い事
今のみけねこのYoutube登録者数は90万人ほどTwitter(X)アカウントのフォロワー数は50万人ほど
CH登録/フォロー＝好意の表れ では無いが
それらを考慮したとしてもみけねこを好きな人達はかなりの人口だと言う事が分かる
それ程の人が居れば今までの過程で離反する人間は人数こそ不明だがほぼ確実に居る
ホロリスだって毎日様々な理由で離反していく人間が何処かに居る
そして理由は様々と言ったがその中であるのが
"裏切られた""騙された"と言うVリスでは良くある反転アンチと言うもの
ねこふぁみにもその理由で離反した人間はほぼ確実に居るこれも人数こそ不明ですが
みけねこのファンクラブの月額料金の最高金額と言うのがきっぽり一万円
今簡単に一万円と言ったが世界情勢が不安定かつ物価が上昇し不景気な今の日本社会で働く一般的な収入の人にとっては最早大金だ
みけねこのファンクラブ月額1万円で見れる内容と言うのは新しい立ち絵の脚の部分やネイルをし加工した爪の自撮り等で大金を払ってそれしか恩恵を受けれ無い
自分で稼いだ金は自由に使えるし勿論その自由を否定する訳では無い
だが一般的な金銭感覚を持った人間から見れば金ドブにしか見えない
この様な金ドブに依存する人間と言うのは良心こそはあるが自分の体格をコンプレックスに思っていたり現実で行動を起こすのが恐怖で出来ずに自分に自身が無い人が多い
つまりオブラートに包まずにはっきり言うと社会的に弱者な部類の人間である
その様な人間達が"裏切られた"と言う考えで離反したとしたら
既に自分に自信が無く現実での生活も苦難である人にその様な出来事が起きると何をしでかすか分からない人間になってしまう
事実今まで無差別殺人事件を起こした人間と言うのは様々な厄災や不幸を経験し人生が充実していない人間に突如として精神的に辛過ぎる事柄が起き
相談できる人も周りに居なく突発的に凶行に走る
と言う事が多い
もしもそんな事が起きたら一つ目の社会から猜疑の目で見られるなんかより厳しく酷い目で見られる
何故なら人命が失われるまで関係していた人達や周りに居た人達は対応も対策もしなかったから
そうなればVtuber産業の終焉すら有り得ます
これが二つ目です
私としてはこれらが起きてしまう可能性をゼロで無くても少しでも下げるべきだと思っている
その為に今までみけねこに何らしかの損害を被った人や会社又は集団と
契約違反を一方的に起こされ会社の印象が下がった事だけでも大損害を被ったcover社らに
みけねこを相手に法的手段を取る事を求めます
そうすれば少なくともみけねこに今の様な事は出来なくなる
多くの数が集まれば社会的な影響力になる
そうなれば行動を求めてる方々が動く事もある
結果として動かなかったとしても数が集まったと言う事はそれだけの問題だと言う啓示にもなる
その為の署名活動です

Promoted by 58 supportersEnd Gas Leaf Blower Pollution in New York: Support NY Senate Bill S1113**UPDATE: Senate bill S1113 has been reintroduced in the 2023 session under a new number. Please continue to show your support, now under S2132 ** New York State Senator John Liu (D-11)'s Senate bill S1113 would eliminate the use of gas leaf and lawn blowers from May 1st - September 30th in an effort to address the health, environmental, and social justice impacts of these dangerous devices. In the Assembly, Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz (81st District) has introduced the companion bill, A5375. Why is this important? NYS needs to promote healthy, livable communities and safe public spaces. Eliminating gas leaf blowers for five summer months is a good start. Summer is the season we spend more time outdoors, leave windows open and kids are outside playing. There are few leaves if any in the summer. The gas-powered leaf blower is responsible for a significant amount of fossil fuel use, as well as noise and air pollution. Our cars and trucks require strict emissions testing and regulation. The 2-stroke engines in gas leaf blowers (GLBs) lacks emission control components, releasing 300 times the levels of hydrocarbons as vehicles on the road. According to the California Air Resources Board, running one for 1 hour is equivalent to the pollutants released by driving a car 1100 miles. According to the NY Department of Conservation, leaf blowers push 300 to 700 cubic feet of air per minute at 150 to 280mph. That is hurricane-force winds, creating dust that contains dangerous particulate matter, pollen and mold, animal feces, heavy metals, and chemicals from herbicides and pesticides. On the issue of noise, even new gas-powered leaf blowers may generate noise levels over 105 dB at the operator's ears. Cumulative exposure to this level of noise can cause permanent hearing loss. Studies have shown that there are no negative economic impacts to landscape companies in places where GLBs are restricted. People without power or privilege are being asked to use this equipment on a daily basis, causing them to sacrifice their future health. Unfortunately, many of these workers are not aware of OSHA regulations requiring the proper use of PPE. Sign this petition to be part of the solution to end excessive noise pollution and environmental impacts from leaf blowers, and to regain our quiet communities one at a time. Hundreds of municipalities in the United States have restricted the use of gas leaf blowers. Some cities and towns like Washington D.C and Larchmont, NY, as of January 1, 2022, will not allow their use at any time. The delay in responding and neutrality of your words when discussing such overt hate mongering is a disappointment. The students wrote, “Glory to our martyrs” and “Divest from Zionist genocide now” as a reference to Hamas’ barbaric terrorism against Israeli civilians on October 7th, 2023.Not even three weeks ago in Israel, parents were slaughtered in front of their children. Hundreds of young people at a music festival were stabbed and shot at point blank range by Hamas terrorists. Women were raped next to the bodies of their dead friends, and then paraded around the streets of Gaza with blood gushing between their legs. Over 222 hostages remain in the Gaza Strip and their status is still unknown. These hostages include women, children, and seniors including at least one Holocaust survivor. The GWU student code of conduct clearly states: “No one group or organization holds a monopoly on dissent or on freedom to hear all sides. OVERVIEW - The Catalina Island Conservancy has announced that it will slaughter ALL California Mule deer (likely 1,000 animals) using sharpshooters in helicopters in the skies abutting the community of Avalon. According to the Conservancy’s own data, at least half the deer reside within Avalon city limits, where they will additionaly “take” deer using grisly and inhumane techniques. And, according to its own data now thoroughly reviewed by a respected conservation ecologist, the science does NOT support the need to eradicate the deer to manage rare plants on this island. We are vehemently opposed to the eradication of deer on Catalina Island, in part, because of the following: 1. WE VALUE the deer that have been on the island for more than a hundred years as an important part of the recreational and scenic experience of the Catalina Island— an experience the Conservancy’s Open Space Easement and tax exemption requires it to provide to the public. We expect our values to be respected. 2. NO MEANINGFUL PUBLIC PROCESS - As it did with previous failed applications for permits to manage or eradicate the deer that it filed in 2012 and 2016, the Conservancy once again failed to engage in any reasonable process of public discourse, and instead, decided unilaterally to exterminate the deer that are the property of we, the people of California. We are incensed by this. 3. BEST WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PRACTICE - The Conservancy itself stated in court documents when it was censured by the California Attorney General in 1981 for not providing sufficient recreational access to its lands that “Hunting is considered to be the most effective means of wildlife management.” We agree, and demand that the Conservancy follow guidance given to them by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to work with government agencies to increase the number of Catalina deer that credible hunters are allowed to take and without eradicating all deer. 4. INHUMANE TACTICS - Extermination by sharpshooters in the islands interior, and “net and bolting” deer within Avalon City limits since hunting is not permitted, is unnecessarily cruel and brutal and can inflict extreme suffering on deer. We vehemently oppose this and will use every lawful means possible to thwart it. 5. NO ENVIRONMENTAL EXTREMISM - When the California Department of Fish and Wildlife denied the Conservancy’s 2016 confidential petition to eradicate all deer on the island, it described a process by which the Conservancy could pursue increasing the number of deer allowed to be taken by hunters. There were 3 people in the car. The driver lived. The driver had been reported as driving recklessly, over 120 MPH and with substances in his system. However the driver still walks free, enjoying his life while 2 other families still try to understand and mourn their loss’s. I won’t go into the absolutely horrific way they lost their sons just know you wouldn’t wish it on your worst enemy. Normally any DUI with fatalities would have had some sort of action by now but for the wreck less driver who claimed these young individuals lives nothing has happened. No charge, no ticket, no arrest… absolutely nothing. Help all of us understand why. Justice for Javion and Trev. Why is it ok to drink and recklessly drive minor or not? Why is this guy getting a free pass? I am adding the report from the Sheriffs Office for more insight. Sheriff Brian Hawthorne reports that on the evening of Saturday, August 12th, 2023, an “attempt to locate a dangerous vehicle” was called in to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office 911 dispatch center in reference to a vehicle driving erratically at a high rate of speed traveling from the beach on SH 124 through High Island, then westbound on FM 1985 from SH 124. As deputies and troopers were being dispatched to attempt to locate the vehicle, the vehicle struck a large tractor pulling a farm implement driving westbound on FM 1985 near the East Bay Bayou.Chambers County Sheriff’s Deputies and State Troopers arrived on scene to find that the vehicle was fully engulfed in fire. One occupant of the vehicle was as able to get out of the crashed vehicle and was helicopter air lifted from the scene for medical treatment. Two other occupants in the vehicle were found to be deceased. The driver of the tractor was transported from the scene by ambulance St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.This is an active investigation being conducted by DPS State Trooper David Park.“The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the DPS, Winnie-Stowell EMS and Fire Dept., along with the citizens that rendered aid and assisted at this tragic crash. Four more applications to build massive OSW projects are now pending in response to the NJ Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) “Third Solicitation.” In the name of good governance, fiscal responsibility, and environmental stewardship – this process must be stopped, and the Third Solicitation applications cancelled. Risky Business: The news and financial reports highlight fiscal and economic turmoil within the wind industry. Evidence of troubles include financial woes, inflation, and supply chain constraints, rising diverted taxpayer funds for bailouts, lack of transmission grid capacity, and technology failures. It is much too risky to lock in multi-generational deals at multi-billion-dollar costs. Already too much, too fast: Today, there are many projects in the NY/NJ region looming off the coast that will have devastating ecosystem impacts – industrializing over 1.4 million acres which will destroy habitats, and harm and kill marine life. Whales and dolphins are dying now, and the cause is yet to be proven. It is a reckless, unprecedented assault and a massive experiment on the ocean, the marine ecosystem, thousands of livelihoods, and the quiet seaside culture that millions enjoy from around the world. The NJ Legislature agrees: “The BPU should be able to share these impacts with the communities affected and the legislature before moving forward with these new offshore projects.” - NJ Senate President Scutari and Assembly Speaker Coughlin, August 2023 Therefore, in the name of good governance, fiscal responsibility, and environmental stewardship, we the undersigned, strongly urge NJ Governor Murphy and the NJ Board of Public Utilities to cancel the Third Solicitation and not award any additional offshore wind energy development contracts. However, this blessing also means that every fall, we are faced with a sea of leaves. For many of us in our community, bagging all these leaves is simply not feasible. Here’s my three thoughts on why this is silly. 1) I don’t understand how it will save money. These trucks will still have to run all our streets in order to pick up leaves that the residents haven’t or can’t pick up themselves. There’s plenty of leaves falling from public areas that don’t have residents to clean them up. If the trucks will still be running how is that saving money? 2) We’re going to have to hire more garbage collectors. I can’t even begin to imagine how many more bags will be at the streets. This weekend I easily blew 75+ bags worth of leaves to the street. Now we’re supposed to place them all in paper bags? Who’s going to pick them all up? How is this not going to take more resources? 3) what about the cost of giving every single resident a brand new bin? We’re getting a third? How much money is this going to cost the city? If anyone has lived in Greensboro for as long as I have you know very well that one single bin is laughable for the amount of leaves some of us have. Why even entertain the idea of a bin? It won’t even begin to hell solve the problem but I’m sure someone is getting incredibly wealthy with this huge contract. Let’s find a better solution than scrapping the entire program. Dear Colorado Springs City Planning Commission, We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing this letter on behalf of the homeowners of Banning Lewis Ranch to voice our support for the planning commission and our faith that you will help steer things in our community in the right direction. We also want to raise our concerns about the direction of the development of Banning Lewis Ranch (BLR) under Oakwood Homes (an out-of-town developer). As you know, Banning Lewis Ranch makes up ¼ of the undeveloped land left in the city of Colorado Springs. With the city being geographically limited by the mountains to the west, we realize that the city has no choice ut to grow east within the 20,000 plus acres that make up the Banning Lewis Ranch community. However, we think we all have to be very thoughtful about how we proceed. How this land is developed will dictate the direction of the city for generations to come. We as a city and as citizens, have a duty to make sure Colorado Springs retains the things that make Colorado Springs what it is as we continue to grow as a city (e.g., the individual neighborhood characteristics, the parks, and the many miles of trails). We as homeowners in Banning Lewis Ranch and as citizens of Colorado Springs have been concerned about Oakwood Homes consistent deviation from the Banning Lewis Ranch Master Plan and the COS Comprehensive Plan. Over the past several years, Oakwood has requested amendments to the plan to propose the reduction of additional infrastructure (e.g., parks, trails, schools, community centers, etc.) that is needed to keep up with the development growth and increase in population density. This is happening again with their newest proposal which is the most immediate impact to our Banning Lew Ranch neighborhood. In 2022, Oakwood Homes proposed an amendment (record MAPN-230001) to the Banning Lewis Master Plan. This amendment is targeted at Banning Lewis Ranch Village B2 and proposes the following: Master Plan Amendment increasing density Zone change for residential and commercial use Concept plan for proposed future development Vacation of Public Right-of-Way We are primarily concerned with some of the details of the proposed amendment that affects Banning Lew Ranch Village B2 as follows: Reduced park acreage from 34.1 acres to 15 acres Reduced elementary schools from 2 to 1 Increased density As homeowners and citizens, we would have appreciated the opportunity to learn more about Oakwood’s plans and to offer feedback and work with them as a community. Instead, the only notification that we received of these proposals were two small signs about the City Planning Commission meeting on November 17, placed on Banning Lewis Parkway in front of the empty BLR Village B2 land. (Note: Banning Lewis Parkway just opened recently and is traversed by very few residents at this time.) We believe that Oakwood has purposely worked to keep us in the dark on the changes they are making. The only ways that homeowners learn about what is happening in our neighborhood is online through the Facebook community groups. Many of us are watching in disbelief as Oakwood Homes is once again requesting changes to the plan that was shared with us when we purchased our homes. How does this continue to be approved? We built or bought homes here on the premise of these additional parks, trails, pools, community centers, and the many other amenities that were marketed to us that were going to be added as the community grew. The city should not allow Oakwood Homes (who is not a local developer and not the majority landowner of Banning Lewis Ranch) to renege on the amenities they marketed. They should not be allowed to overbuild and underinvest in the part of the neighborhood they develop (as they have done in Denver). When they are done, they will simply leave the homeowners and the city holding the bag. (Take a drive through Banning Lewis and look at the roads to see an example.) We are not opposed to growth in general or in our neighborhood. We understand that the city is in need of housing options at every price point. What we are opposing is allowing an out-of-town developer to constantly add density, deviate from the master plan and the city comprehensive plan, and then not being willing to invest in the needed infrastructure to support the added population density they are asking for. We want to stay Colorado Springs, not become Denver. Our desire is to work together to ensure that development stays within the framework of the Banning Lewis Ranch Master Plan and the COS Comprehensive Plan. We have a unique chance as a city to do this right from the start and to do it collaboratively as a community. When it comes to development, it is never cheaper or beneficial to come back and do it the right after the fact and that is why it is paramount for us to be forward thinking. We would like to be involved and engaged with the city and all the stakeholders in the property about the direction and the process so that we are no longer simply watching and wondering as plans change around us. We as a community are willing to take whatever actions that we need to take to obtain a bit more oversight over the direction of our community. We are all united and fully vested as a community. We live here, we have retired here, we are raising families here, we love our neighborhood. All we are asking is that we have a voice in the direction of the place that we all have worked to be able to live. Oakwood homes has not provided us that opportunity and we are no longer willing to let that be so. We are reaching out directly to the appropriate stakeholders within the city in hopes that together we can steer progress in the right direction. We will be attending the Planning Commission Public Hearing and if possible, we would appreciate it if all stakeholders would consider our perspective. We would also like to establish a line of communication between the homeowners and the city so that we can stay involved as a community. We are willing to help however we can. Stephen Lecce, I’m sure we are not the first concerned parents contacting you regarding the current landscape of antisemitism in our Toronto schools. Community members have shared incidents that have taken place at Faywood, Hodgson and Northern of children performing Nazi salutes, drawing swastikas on bus windows, vandalizing bathrooms with antisemitic graffiti, committing physical violence, and making threats and references to gas chambers, Hitler, and being sent back to concentration camps. It is deeply concerning to learn about the TDSB's apparent failure to manage this in an effective manner. Jewish children should feel safe in their schools, and clearly, they are not. As concerned parents, we demand immediate action to ensure the safety of our children. There should be uniform consequences for any antisemitic behaviour, whether in schools, on school property, or on school buses. It appears that principals, vice principals, and teachers are not aware of any protocol, handling each antisemitic act on a case-by-case basis. There needs to be a comprehensive plan of action moving forward so that children in schools understand there are consequences to their actions. Education about the history and impact of antisemitism should also be implemented into the curriculum immediately. This is a matter of utmost urgency. Thinking about quality of life, we must consider that we are already in need of transgenic food to feed the overpopulation, in addition to more pesticides for less losses - while the richest may opt for organic foods. Besides that, scientists have alerted that around 33% of worldwide plant and animal life could disappear by 2070 if nations don't act to reign in global carbon emissions - and if it continues unabated as they have for the last few decades, the species extinction rate could jump to 55%. Tragically, it may be impossible to avoid this scenario altogether, but according to a study performed by researchers from the University of Arizona, if governments adhere to the guidelines they set out for themselves in the Paris Climate Agreement (PCA), the number of plant and animal species that go extinct could be cut to "just" 16%. This alarm makes the preservation of the Amazon and all Brazilian forests essential! Brazil's biodiversity is incredibly good not only for the planet, but for the country itself, because, in addition to providing a valuable quality of life for Brazilians, it promotes tourism - which represents an important segment of the Brazilian economy - and other investments attracted by these characteristics, as well as by companies that value the environment. Considering these issues, we ask Federal Government of Brazil to expand investments in affordable housing, basic sanitation, health and education - also implementing a universal basic income for vulnerable people: requiring, however, a vasectomy / endoceptive for those who already have one child (two children per couple) and want to benefit from the income. It is time we take a stand against hate. We must ensure our children are educated about these horrific events from our past so they can learn to recognize the warning signs, think critically, and question rather than blindly accept the lies and deceitful “branding” being used today, as this has been the strategy in every genocide. 11 million people were murdered during the Holocaust, including 6 million Jews and 1.5 million children. Yet a study by the Claims Conference found that 66% of millennials and younger could not identify what Auschwitz was. This lack of knowledge about one of history's most horrifying genocides is alarming, yet not surprising given how easily today’s youth are manipulated by cleverly devised narratives designed to marginalize a targeted group, in today’s case, Jews. In addition to teaching about the Holocaust, it is important that education on all genocides be included in school curriculums. From Armenia to Rwanda, millions have lost their lives due to mass atrocities fueled by hate and discrimination. By mandating this education in all public K-12 schools across America, we can equip future generations with knowledge and empathy – two powerful tools needed to empower them to avoid becoming unwitting tools of a campaign of hate. Today, 26 states require the teaching of the Holocaust, but very few have a curriculum by which to teach it. As a result, there is no metric to determine what, if anything, is actually being taught. As we have seen, it does not appear to be even close to enough. Victory!Demand the Dismissal of Loay Alnaji From All UniversitiesLoay Alnaji, a professor at CSUN and several other universities, attended a pro-palestinian rally and has been accused of the murder of Paul Kessler. Alnaji allegedly struck Paul Kessler, a Jewish American, in the head with a megaphone, which led to internal bleeding and his death. This is deeply disturbing and creates an unsafe and hostile learning environment for all students. Antisemitism, defined as hostility to or prejudice against Jews, is on the rise globally. Alnaji’s actions contribute to this alarming trend and he should be reprimanded. Education should be about promoting understanding and respect among different cultures and religions. However, Alnaji did just the opposite - making Jewish students feel unsafe. Alnaji’s harmful ideologies and criminal actions should be condemned. Schools are supposed to be safe havens for learning, not a place where students walk around in fear. Piala The current tattoo regulations are discriminating against Marines with a desire for “sleeve” tattoos, comes with a damaging stigma, has a negative impact on morale, retention, and it’s absence on equal opportunity. Alarming numbers of Marines are silenced in their opinion or desire to bear artform covering certain parts of their body, including elbow, knees, forearms, and calves. Commonly the desired tattoos are referred to as “sleeve” tattoos. Due to a high number of Marines raising their concerns, it is in the interest of and of great concern to Headquarters Marine Corps to:(1) inform the force as to why tattoos in these areas are not allowed or heavily restricted, and (2) consider loosening restrictions on tattoos altogether. Competent and decorated Marines in the past and present who have proven to be an asset for the Marine Corps have been denied reenlistment and advancement in their field due to increasingly restrictive tattoo regulations. This creates an increasingly damaging stigma, within which a Marine who has or desires tattoos outside of the standing regulations is seen as lacking discipline. There exists no correlation, positive or negative, between tattoos and effectiveness, efficiency, discipline, or lethality. With regards to equal opportunity, transgender Marines have the authorization if they do desire to change certain parts of their body- which comes at a cost to the Marine Corps. Whereas, anyone who desires tattoos, pays for them with their own money, at no cost to the Marine Corps, but is restricted as that is not authorized. Marines want to be different from the rest; we pride ourselves on being a standout, elite warfighting organization in the eyes of the American public and the world at large. As such, we have more restrictive tattoo policies than the other branches so as to retain an image of difference when viewed by those not apart of the Marine Corps. Of note, the Navy and the Army allow the very tattoos forming the subject of this paper and have found no correlation, positive or negative, between tattoos and effectiveness, efficiency, discipline or lethality, all while still upholding their respective service’s highest tradition and professionalism. The Marine Corps of late has been too busy shaping such a political image that we often miss what has earned us such an image. Our forefathers before us bled, sacrificed, and gave, all for this country. These were Marines at a time where society considered tattoos controversial, taboo, or unappealing- something that would not get you hired in the civilian sector. Society has changed; tattoos are now more acceptable in the workplace than ever and so are the Marines that have come along and taken on the torch. What has not changed is the individual Marine’s ethos: efficient, effective, prideful, innovative, and still ready to take down the nation's enemies whenever and wherever needed, regardless of how many tattoos they have and where they have tattoos on their body. The current tattoo regulations are too restrictive and are, without convincing or apparent logic, out of step with modern societal norms. Across the Marine Corps, there is a problem with retention, morale, and equal opportunity. Allow Marines a sense of outward expression and individual pride through the modifying of tattoo regulations. Incentivize reenlistment by allowing Marines to express themselves in a manner that is of no cost to the Marine Corps with policies that mimic the sister branches. This does not lower our standards, decrease our lethality, or align ourselves with the other services. We align or separate ourselves through the actions of each individual Marine; the way we conduct ourselves on a day to day basis is what separates Marines from the rest. Another subject of note is the discrimination of Marines who desire such tattoos. A world of equal opportunity in the Marine Corps cannot exist if transgenders have the ability to pick and choose what they desire on/off their bodies, while personnel who desire tattoos in certain areas of their bodies do not have this ability. Of note, it is also important to state that the Marine Corps in every war has loosened policy during times of war in order to increase number of volunteers. These volunteers range from having sleeve tattoos to unlawful citizens given a second chance by a judge to join the Marine Corps. This makes it seems some policies set in place are truly non-essential and has no correlation to combat effectiveness, and when it comes down to it the professional Marine higher Marine Corps wants you to see in posters or commercials are just that. An advertisement in concern of public image. In reality Marines are some of the most dirty minded, foul mouthed, warrior driven individuals America has. Modify the standing tattoo restrictions or modernize the explanation for why the current restrictions are in place. Victory!Change the name of Dight Avenue in MinneapolisDight avenue in the City of Minneapolis is named after Charles Fremont Dight, a professor at the University of Minnesota who dedicated his life to Eugenics and cleansing the human gene pool of human beings who were deemed "less than desirable." Dight not only founded the Minnesota Eugenics society but actively pursued the same type of eugenics as Nazi scientists such as Josef Mengele. In 1933, Dight wrote a letter to Adolf Hitler praising the Third Reich's efforts to "stamp out mental inferiority." This sort of legacy should not be recognized or lauded anywhere. Minnesotans with disabilities continue to face significant discrimination every day. Nationally, 54 percent of police involved shootings involve someone with a disability. The Disability Justice network is committed to combatting ableism in all of it's intersectional formats and we are committed in building more inclusive communities and amplifying the voices of those living the disabled experience. We ask the Minneapolis community to join us in this commitment.
