Dora is a 12 year old female orca who lives at Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park. Little is known about Dora.
Dora was likely captured in 2015. She was captured in Russia. At some point after her capture, she was moved to Dalian Laohutan Ocean Park, along with three other orcas, to be trained for the opening of Shanghai. The four orcas likely moved to Shanghai in November 2018 and the park officially opened on November 16th. Dora is the largest female orca at the park.
While not confirmed, it has been highly suspected that Dora is pregnant. Based on her size, in comparison to Cookie's recent pregnancy, she should be in the later stage of her pregnancy.
