13/50 is untrue because it reframes how policing works. You're literally making my point for me.
I'm not and I know you think that.
Policing does not fix the problem of generational wealth and the fact that black people in the US have never been given an opportunity to build it. Those with no other options fall into crime by no choice of their own.
But - #ACAB will fix it.
