This is illegal but because they're an independant artist they have no means to seek legal action.
Or; Mike is using artist’s work without paying them while gloating about how much money he makes.

I don’t feel bad for this one because while I personally dislike Sampsen and BadBunny, I don’t think they’re harmful.
