Incognito operates a fully monitored 24/7 control centre its Head Quarters near Heathrow Airport. This monitoring station means response times to our client’s needs is second to none.

On top of the constant vigilance in the control centre, all vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking, Panic Alarms and CCTV fitted as standard – Incognito Security Ltd prides itself on keeping the fleet vehicles up to date with the latest technology and its this dedication to continual safety & operational improvement that sets the company above and beyond the minimum standards that some security companies offer.

Incognito Security warehouse security teams are based at various Import/Export and Bonded distribution centres across the UK. Incognito ensures that the day to day warehouse activities are carried out safely, keeping the sites secure from the possibility of threats/thefts internally from staff/visitors (who have general access on a daily basis) and external threats/risks. CCTV and in-person monitoring of drivers when collecting or loading and engineers when work is being carried out in sensitive areas working to TAPA standards.

This monitoring extends to cover the sites health and safety procedures to ensure that these are adhered to by staff and visitors whom are attending busy work areas. All observations are recorded and any notable incidents are fully reported on including footage from body cam CCTV – this ensures a fully auditable time line so that all are aware of the facts.
